Martin Stadium

Today, I was reading the Bulldog Pride Alumni paper and saw the article regarding the closing of the stadium. This will be the last year the "Dawgs" play there. At each home game, graduates who shared part of the history will be recognized. For our class (actually the grads from 1983-1993) the home game recognizing us will be October 19. I know our class getting together twice in one year may be asking too much, but I think it would be fun if we could show up for this event. Maybe those who can't make it to the reunion could make it to this game. We could all sit together and do a tailgate party before the game. Just a thought!

I think it is sad to see the old stadium retired. Lots of good memories!

They are also going to sell engraved bricks from the old stadium to put in the walk at the new stadium. I don't know how many of you have already read this, if so, sorry for the repeat!
